At “F” Street Neighborhood Church, we strive to be a place of acceptance and direction. In order to pursue that goal, we organize our different ministry areas into Teams. Each team has a leader and people who serve on the team. The teams fall under one of three general areas, community, connection, or church structure. The teams areas are overseen by the Team Developers. If you’re looking to serve at “F” Street Church, they would be great people to ask!
Community Team Developer – These teams are focused on reaching out into the community.
Hospitality & DiscipleshipTeam Developer – The one who oversees this area will be working with areas of discipleship.
Church Structure Team Developer – This person will oversee the teams that handle the facilities and finances that make “F” Street Neighborhood Church possible.
Meg Arbogast – Community Team Developer
Becoming a part of the F-St. Church Family has been one of the biggest highlights in Meg’s life. Rather than enrolling in college, God directed Meg down an alternative path filled with plenty of twists and turns, but ultimately prepared her for her current role in ministry. In serving with fellow Christ followers, Meg has felt equipped to act on Jesus’ command to love Him and to love others through seeking to develop the relationship between F-St. Church and the neighborhood. 1 Peter 5:8-10, “Above all, love each other deeply because love covers over a multitude of sins. Offer hospitality to on another without grumbling. Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms.”
Kayla Wilson – Hospitality & Discipleship Team Developer
Ozark, Missouri was home for Kayla until 2014. She made the move to Lincoln, Nebraska after graduating from Evangel University with her Physical Education degree. Kayla jumped into ministry as a high school student and grew in experience through stateside and overseas opportunities. Her heart for community, mentorship, and discipleship multiplied through these experiences and personal relationships. Currently,Kayla is the Team Developer of the hospitality and discipleship areas of F Street Neighborhood Church. In August 2018, Kayla and Art Wilson were married and moved into the neighborhood. Their prayer and hope is for the redemption of the city and the reality of a lasting change.
