Our story
F Street Neighborhood Church started as a result of prayer in 2008 for a church in the neighborhood that would serve the neighborhood.
We wanted F Street Neighborhood Church to be “of” the neighborhood not just “in” the neighborhood.
In 2014, our prayer was answered when a donor purchased the building. A small group of people from the Northern Lighthouse, a church plant of the Christian Reformed Church, began worshiping here on June 1st of that year.
Since that time, we have welcomed those who come and taught the word of God.
In 2020, we merged with another ministry from the neighborhood to be better together as one church.
In 2023, we became a formally recognized member of the CRC (Christian Reformed Church).
